Great low cal bagels made with only two ingredients. So easy to make and you can add your favorite flavors

1 Cup Self rising flour 
1 Cup Chobani Greek yogurt low-fat 
Everything Trader Joe's Spice or any flavor you like

Preheat oven to 350
Mix flour and yogurt together in mixer until well mixed, you can also knead until well combined (flour hands and counter) make 4 balls and then form into log shape and form into a bagel.

Use 1 egg to make eggwash(beat one egg in bowl) brush on bagels and sprinkle Everything seasoning on bagels.

Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper. 

Bake for 23 minutes pull out of oven and increase oven temp to 500. Cook bagels at 500 for 2 minutes to brown. 

Eat right away or put in enclosed bag and keep on counter for one day or in refrigerator for up to 3 days. reheat refrigerated bagels in microwave for 10-15 seconds.
